How to use

AM: After cleansing face, toning and applying serums, apply a dime-size amount and pat thoroughly onto face and neck. Follow with EGF UV Shield SPF product in the daytime.

    Arbutin: Reduces high levels of pigmentation to lighten age spots and even tone

    Aloe Vera: A natural extracted from the leaves of the Aloe plant provides medicinal properties to the skin such as healing, hydrating and softening

    Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid: A natural by-product of sugarcane, Alpha Hydroxy Acid is used as a mild exfoliant to remove superficial cellular buildup, congestion, minimize fine lines, wrinkles, superficial scarring and acne control 

    Tocopheryl Acetate: Hydrates, smooths and lubricates the skin. Combats the formation of wrinkles, fine lines, and dry skin 

    Niacinamide: Manages excess production of melanin due to sun damage and age

    Licorice Root: Extract inhibits the products of tyrosine, in turn inhibiting the production of dark spots

    Palmaria Palmata Extract: A natural skin brightener sourced

    Refund policy

    Returns
    Please contact Customer Service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Orders returned to us with no RMA will not be processed.

    We guarantee our products offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, please let us know. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or store credit. All returns after 15 days will be store credit for unopened items. All returns before 15 days will be refunded via your payment method for unopened items. For opened items: Restocking fee 10% within 30 days.

    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that items purchased as part of a kit or set must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be offered.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account line item details for any charges/refunds from Dermaesthetics. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Damages/Missing Items (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received your order in full or any items in your order are damaged upon arrival, please reach out to Customer Service. Proof of receipt and pictures of the shipping box and contents must be photographed and sent to Customer Service. A shipping claim with documented proof must be filed before any credit or refund is issued for the order.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dbhinc.us and send your item to: 1111 South Placentia Ave., Fullerton California US 98231. If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service.

    Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries. All shipping fees associated with the return shall be paid by the customer - this includes both domestic and international returns.

    Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods Returning” on the outside of the package.

    Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged and your return will be refused by Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages that do not reach our offices.

    Fair Use
    We maintain the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. We reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
